When we started making amaro, we thought we would make limited editions and then retire them.  But what we soon discovered is that both bartenders and consumers alike really liked a few of them and when the first batch ran out, they asked us to make more.
So we made more, and wanted to work with more bartenders in more cities. Now we do annual limited edition releases in different cities.  We see it as an exploration of the terroir and palate of a particular city, with each defining its own style.
