Inspired by Boston Amaro, BROVO American Aperitivo was developed to pair with blanco tequila. A solid citrus base- grapefruit, orange and lemon- are paired with blueberry’s acidic cousin, bilberry. Schisandra berry, a Chinese 5 flavor berry with umami, sour, bitter, sweet and salty flavors adds depth to the flavor range. It’s lightly sweetened with agave nectar.
