When we started making amaro, we thought we would make limited editions and then retire them. But what we soon discovered is that both bartenders and consumers alike really liked a few of them and when the first batch ran out, they asked us to make more.
So we moved these three amaro – #1, #4 and #14 – into ongoing production as our flagship recipes. Thanks go to John Ueding, Patrick Haight, and Mike Ryan for their respective amari getting the ball rolling.
