A line of single-note botanical liqueurs is how we started our operations.
The raw botanical ingredients are grown by small, family farms across the state of Washington (except for chocolate because of climate) and then re-distilled with bulk neutral grain spirit. That distillate is sweetened to 20% sugar with agave nectar and later proofed with water; it's all that goes into the bottle.
We've also got four complex liqueurs which we offer for sale.
Boomerang is a spiced cherry liqueur, perfect for cocktailing or on its own. It was created by Micah Melton, of The Aviary in Chicago. Try it in a Blood and Sand, amp up an Old Fashioned, or just mix in a little soda water.
Lucky Falernum is our falernum. It's everything our competitor is not- higher proof, with no nuts, and lots of flavor. Lucky is 35% ABV- made through a combination of neutral cane spirit and aged Barbadian rum. There is no almond in it, although this is traditional, making it a nut free falernum. It's sweet and perfect for all of your tiki cocktails.
BROVO Orange Curacao took us a while to make. It's designed for the margarita, but perfect in any cocktail. It's a combination of neutral cane spirit, neutral grain spirit, and an aged 2 year old French brandy. It's sweetened with cane simple, turbinado simple and a little agave nectar.
Tacoma Punk Spicy Orange Liqueur is our newest addition. Use it in a spicy margarita or make a great Spritz or Negroni with it.
