Guatemalan cacao nibs combine with cinnamon, vanilla bean and ancho chili to form a Mexican chocolate liqueur. The chocolate is light and sippable. It is finished with agave nectar to about 20% sugar.
It's hard to really make something taste like chocolate, unless of course you use chocolate to make it. That's what we do.
