"Wow, this really tastes like ginger!"

That's because it is ginger, real ginger, grown-in-the-ground ginger, which is peeled and infused into neutral grain spirit. 

We then re-distill it.  The final step is to lightly sweeten it with agave nectar to about 10% sugar content.

Like all of our liqueurs, it is clean and fresh, with a light sweetness.
