Hand-crafted by Miles MacQuarrie from Kimball House in Atlanta, this delicious cola-like amaro combines nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, and coriander with gentian root for bittering. The process we used for this amaro was the opposite of our normal one. All of the flavor ingredients were cooked into a simple syrup, which was then combined with the amaro base- in a way, just like Coke is made! It's a salute to Atlanta's hometown flavor!
